How we store and process your data.
Our company website is hosted on the GoDaddy.com platform. GoDaddy provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through GoDaddy.com data storage, databases and general GoDaddy applications. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by GoDaddy.com and used by our company (Stripe) adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PCI -DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. This also applies for payments made over the phone.
Student records and any membership forms are kept securely within our offices and only assessable to those employees on a need to know basis, none of your personal date is ever shared with a third party without your prior permission.
Email correspondence and purchase notification emails that are sent through our payment gateway all stored on a secure server behind a firewall. This includes enquiries sent through forms on our website.
